Translating Large-Scale Skill-Lab Experience into Modern K–12 Programs

Robocraze

Robocraze already had experience supporting 1,000+ job-oriented, skill-based lab solutions across government, polytechnic and ITI contexts, including work with Tata and Tata NELCO teams.

Outcome

Created a more flexible, current and school-ready K–12 program approach that combines curriculum, lab models, hardware sourcing, implementation options and product strategy.

Higher Education

Designing Applied AI & Robotics Labs for a New University

Newton School of Technology

Joined during the university’s formative phase, when the institution was defining its academic identity and delivery model. Supported the design of applied AI and robotics lab concepts aligned with the university’s ambition to offer differentiated, industry-relevant education.

Outcome

Helped establish applied, practice-oriented learning environments during a period of rapid growth, supporting the transition from an initial cohort of ~100 students to 700+ students in the following year.

K–12 Education / EdTech

Designing Space Tech & AR/VR Programs for K–12 Learning

WhiteHat Jr

Led the design and execution of emerging-technology programs - including space technology, AR/VR, and robotics - at a time when hardware-based learning had to be delivered in fully remote environments.

Outcome

Enabled the successful launch of hands-on, future-facing learning programs adapted for remote delivery, expanding the scope of K–12 technology education beyond traditional coding and robotics.

K–12 Education / EdTech

Scaling Robotics Programs in Indian K–12 Schools

E-DAC (Proelium) / Ebix SmartClass

Worked on the early design and go-to-market execution of a new robotics initiative for Indian schools at a time when hardware-based programs were still unproven. E-DAC’s core business was book-centric, and the initiative required bridging content, hardware, curriculum, and school adoption under real commercial constraints.

Outcome

Successfully launched the robotics program and onboarded 80+ premium schools within the first year, establishing a repeatable delivery model and validating market demand for hands-on robotics education.

EdTech / Robotics / K–12 Education

Structuring Curriculum & Building Proprietary Robotics Products for an Early-Stage EdTech Company

WHIZROBO Pvt. Ltd.

WHIZROBO was at an early growth stage, with curriculum and offerings that were not yet structured into a clear, scalable program. The first priority was to organise the curriculum, clarify the offering, and build a stronger program structure to support future delivery and growth. A second priority was product ownership. The company had largely been purchasing and reselling hardware, which limited differentiation and commercial flexibility. I supported the development of four proprietary robotics kits, designed around the company’s curriculum and business requirements. The broader objective was to shift from a reseller-led model to a more integrated model combining proprietary hardware, curriculum, and program delivery.

Outcome

Structured the curriculum and program offerings, developed four proprietary robotics kits, and laid the foundation for a more differentiated, potentially higher-margin product model.

EdTech / Online Learning

Building Hardware-Enabled Learning Programs for Remote Delivery

Wiingy

Led R&D and early product structuring for robotics-focused learning programs within a large-scale online tutoring marketplace. The initiative explored integrating hardware-enabled learning into a remote-first delivery model, while accounting for curriculum design, instructor readiness, logistics, and customer-acquisition economics.

Outcome

Provided clarity on the operational and unit-economics challenges of scaling hardware-based robotics programs in a remote tutoring context. Insights supported informed decisions around program structure and strategic focus, ensuring alignment with the platform’s core strengths.

About

About

I help organisations design, review and scale AI, robotics and technology-led education programs under real-world constraints - cost, hardware, delivery, adoption and scale.

Over the last 12+ years, I have worked across AI, robotics, embedded systems, learning technologies, curriculum, product strategy and program leadership across K–12, higher education and EdTech.

My work sits at the intersection of technology, pedagogy, product and execution. I focus on whether a program can actually be delivered, used, maintained and scaled - not just whether it looks strong in a presentation.
