Building Hardware-Enabled Learning Programs for Remote Delivery

Wiingy

The challenge and my role

Led R&D and early product structuring for robotics-focused learning programs within a large-scale online tutoring marketplace. The initiative explored integrating hardware-enabled learning into a remote-first delivery model, while accounting for curriculum design, instructor readiness, logistics, and customer-acquisition economics.

Worked closely with internal teams to evaluate feasibility, validate learning approaches, and assess alignment with the company’s broader marketplace-driven business model.

Outcome

Provided clarity on the operational and unit-economics challenges of scaling hardware-based robotics programs in a remote tutoring context. Insights supported informed decisions around program structure and strategic focus, ensuring alignment with the platform’s core strengths.
