Translating Large-Scale Skill-Lab Experience into Modern K–12 Programs
Robocraze
The challenge and my role
Robocraze already had experience supporting 1,000+ job-oriented, skill-based lab solutions across government, polytechnic and ITI contexts, including work with Tata and Tata NELCO teams.
The program strategy was to bring those implementation learnings into Robocraze's K–12 portfolio and redesign the offering around current school needs, technologies and delivery realities.
The model was structured for flexibility rather than one fixed format. Depending on the school, the offering could be configured as a Foundation Lab, Composite Skill Lab, Makerspace, STEM Lab, take-home kit program, custom curriculum or co-branded solution.
Robocraze's hardware sourcing and e-commerce experience also supported competitive package design with a practical hardware-to-service mix, without relying on unsupported “best price” claims.
Outcome
Created a more flexible, current and school-ready K–12 program approach that combines curriculum, lab models, hardware sourcing, implementation options and product strategy.
