Designing Applied AI & Robotics Labs for a New University

The challenge and my role
Joined during the university’s formative phase, when the institution was defining its academic identity and delivery model. Supported the design of applied AI and robotics lab concepts aligned with the university’s ambition to offer differentiated, industry-relevant education.
Led multiple hands-on workshops and contributed to shaping lab structure and learning approaches as student intake scaled rapidly.
Outcome
Helped establish applied, practice-oriented learning environments during a period of rapid growth, supporting the transition from an initial cohort of ~100 students to 700+ students in the following year.
