Scaling Robotics Programs in Indian K–12 Schools

Worked on the early design and go-to-market execution of a new robotics initiative for Indian schools at a time when hardware-based programs were still unproven. E-DAC’s core business was book-centric, and the initiative required bridging content, hardware, curriculum, and school adoption under real commercial constraints.

Owned program structuring, curriculum alignment, and early rollout planning in collaboration with product and partner teams.
